Heart Break Bungalow Rules & Regulations: -Must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay -No more than 5 guests allowed without written/typed consent from the host -We love hosting guests with their furry companions. A one-time $89 pet fee per pet applies and helps cover additional cleaning, including pet hair removal, to keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests. -We kindly ask that pets stay off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! -Excessive noise & loud music are not permitted - It is a quiet neighborhood… Absolutely NO parties of any kind during your stay. -Absolutely NO smoking inside of any kind - $500 fine. Please, go to the front or back porch. -Do Not use the fire pit. Candles and burning of incense and outside fires are not permitted due to fire hazard. -Fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink for emergency purposes ONLY. -If anything seems out of the ordinary or of concern, please call or make sure to leave us a message. (i.e. any questions, concerns, or any recommendations)–Much appreciated! -Accidents happen, if something breaks, simply take a photo and share with the host. A consequence for item(s) repayment for making zero contact with the host regarding the broken item(s) will be enforced. If upfront and honest, compromise and understanding will usually work in guests’ favor.
